Weight Plates
The plates in this package are rubber coated tri-grip. These provide shock absorbing qualities and increased protection against rust.
The tr-grip element means they are easier to handle than regular weight plates and can be used for a variety of exercises, not just for mounting on a barbell. For instance, you can hold them similar to how you'd hold a kettlebell or a dumbbell so you can perform swing and twist exercises to strengthen your core.
The 60kg set comprises of the following plates - 2x 5kg, 2x 10kg, 2x 15kg.
Olympic Barbell
The 7ft 20kg Olympic Barbell features a chrome finish, knurled grips and is tested to 300kg. The bar spins on 4 bearings (2 each side) so is perfect for Olympic lifting exercises.
