I couldn't resist buying this. It gives me the flexibility of a full run of weight without needing to take up too much space in my man cave. Excellent when you can't make it to the gym in the winter evenings, so you can spend those dark nights at home.

Bought 2. Great range of weight. When you get used to the length they are a great value alternative to a full rack and offer a versatile weight setting to cover all the different dumbell exercises. Really pleased with these as are my growing lads.
