*FREE DELIVERY
We may offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount to mainland UK by courier. We may also offer free delivery on heavier 'bulky' items based on your proximity to our warehouses. If you live out in the sticks, it's likely going to cost us more in courier charges hence we are likley to apply a delivery charge.
MISSED PALLET DELIVERY
Pallet deliveries are operated via a booking-in service. You will be contacted before delivery is attempted to arrange a suitable time and date. If you no-show on a pre-arranged delivery, this will incur a £15 redelivery charge.
VOUCHERS
We run promotions from time to time using vouchers. These promotions have a limited life span and we may decide to remove a voucher code at any time.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY
Please note that all products on this website are for home use only and should be stored in suitable home conditions. Mechanical products can seize if they are stored in damp conditions. Throwing and dropping items can also damage them. Use of our products in a non domestic environment and mistreatment of products will render the warranty null and void.
USER SAFETY
You should only use equipment that you are comfortable with. Never lift weights that are too heavy for you to safely use. If you have a medical condition, always seek advice from your doctor before using our equipment. Never lift weights in a manner that could cause you harm, for example, holding weights over your face. Do not drop weights onto yourself or others. DN Fitness Supplies cannot be held liable for any misuse of equipment that results in any harm that may come to you or others.
PRICES
All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
PRICE MATCH
Although we are confident that our prices are competitive, if you do find the same product elsewhere you can request a price match.
We will price match against the total cost of our competitor's item and delivery.
The product must be brand new and be 'like for like' with regards to specification and colour.
The product must carry a comparable guarantee.
The product must be in stock with the competitor at the time of purchase.
STOCK LEVELS
We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available.
DATA PROTECTION
All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by DN Fitness Supplies which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
You should inform us immediately if any products arrived faulty. We quality check all products before they are dispatched with the courier service. Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.
WARRANTY
A range of products on this site include warranty. Misuse of equipment such as dropping, throwing, applying excessive force, jamming mechanical items and forceably removing them or using them on inappropriate flooring (e.g., using weights on hard floors like concrete or wood and not on suitable gym flooring) voids all warranty on these products. Cleaning items using alcohol or sanitiser will cause the products to discolour and will likely strip away any protective coatings (e.g., powder coating on steel weight plates) and voids all warranty on these products. Operating equipment outside of the home (e.g., outdoors or in a garage) can cause equipment to rust and mechanical items to seize and voids all warranty on these products. Incorrect usage of items outside of the guidelines shown in the supplied operation manuals (e.g., forcibly lifting adjustable dumbbells up from their tray, and thereby jamming them, without setting the correct weight on both sides) can damage equipment and voids all warranty on these products.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most products purchased from us using distance means and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We must be notified of your intention to cancel in writing or email and the cost to return the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
EXEMPTIONS
Any items that are personalised or made specifically to the consumers specifications are exempt from returns. We also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that they exhibit use (including self assembly and attempts at disassembly). The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods value.
INSTALLATIONS
Under the terms of the aforementioned Regulations you have the right to cancel any service (purchased using distance means) we offer and seek a full refund within 30 days of delivery. However, by you agreeing that we commence carrying out an installation service before this cancellation period has expired, DN Fitness Supplies wish to inform you (the consumer) in writing that you will not be able to cancel this contract of service under the regulations once the performance of the installation service has been completed.
We will ask you to sign a form to this effect immediately prior to installation. Please note this does not negate your rights to have any incomplete or faulty workmanship corrected by us. Consequently you will not be eligible for any refund in relation to any specific charges we have made for the installation of these goods.
