Products delivered from our Manchester warehouse.

Standard Delivery

• Items are sent by courier or pallet delivery for bulky items
• Charges are calculated based on size and weight and are clearly shown on the basket summary
• Items dispatched promptly. Please allow 7-10 days for courier services which are running slower than normal at this time.
• All parcels will require a signature or proof of delivery

*Free Delivery

We may offer Free Delivery from time to time based on your proximity to our warehouse or delivery network hubs. If you live some distance from our warehouse or a delivery hub then it's likely going to cost us a lot in courier charges and we will unfortunately need to apply a delivery charge to your order.

Missed Pallet Delivery

Pallet deliveries are operated via a booking-in service. You will be contacted before delivery is attempted to arrange a suitable time and date. If you no-show on a pre-arranged delivery, this will incur a £15 redelivery charge.

Why is part of my order missing?

If you have ordered a package or a barbell weight kit, then you may receive your weights and barbell at different times due to the way courier services work.

How can I track my order?

We will notify you by email when an order has been dispatched and you will be sent a tracking code where the courier provides this service.
